The Role


We are currently looking for TypeScript software engineers to join the Employee Experience Engineering team.


Our engineers are hands-on and encouraged to own their own projects, contribute to innovative ideas, and make an impact on the way our company operates. The mission of our team is to build solutions for people - providing top notch experiences while reducing administrative burdens and cost. In our portfolio we have applications for tracking capabilities, learning, social interaction, benefit programs and many more. You will need to collaborate with stakeholders and team members, to develop impactful solutions for colleagues across the world using your technical expertise and understanding of user and business needs.

What You'll Do

Participate in requirements gathering, technical specification, and design of complex software systems Closely collaborate with other engineers, product managers and various stakeholders to design and implement features that are easy to use and scale Implement, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale business software Work closely with various business functions and collaborate with teams representing multiple disciplines Maintain and improve existing functionality, apply design changes to the architecture as it fits Be flexible, responsive, and adaptive to ever changing business requirements

What You'll Bring

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Experience building and refining a Software product, including aspects of it’s design and operation. Hands-on software development experience using TypeSript or more generally JavaScript for application development. Efficient knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) Experience leveraging AI, specifically LLMs to build Agents or otherwise integrate into (business) processes. Full professional proficiency in English; German is a plus Previous experience with NestJS or Spring (Java) is a big plus Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes is a plus
