About the role

As a member of our Search Team, you’ll be an important contributor on our SaaS commerce platform, delivering features end-to-end across the stack. You’ll design, build, test, deploy, and support high-quality components with a strong emphasis on business value, performance, security, and maintainability.

Role and task

Develop cloud native application in SAP Commerce Cloud landscape. Contribute to building APIs and interfaces to enable smooth communication between AI services and commerce systems. Build search capabilities based on various tools and technologies, including Solr, OpenSearch and AI based semantic search Deliver and evolve backend services in Java, with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Security, exposing well-documented REST APIs Write robust automated tests Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals. Monitor and optimize solution integrations for performance and reliability.

What you bring

Proficiency and good knowledge of Java programming (2+ years). Good understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration. Experience in a Git and Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) environment, including familiarity with related processes and tools. Solid knowledge of cloud-oriented technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc. A strong commitment to consistently producing high-quality, functional outcome. Capability and enthusiasm to innovate and adapt to evolving technologies, frameworks, and more. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
