Ihre Aufgaben

Analyzing and extending existing software systems and applications in a heterogeneous, complex IT system environment based on an IBM mainframe architecture with the systems DB2, IMS / CICS etc. Software development with COBOL, SQL, JCL for mainframe software

Ihr Profil

Completed studies in practical / applied computer science or training as an IT specialist Experience in the mainframe environment with COBOL and in the conception of software as well as tuning options with practice in database modeling Practical experience with complex SQL queries as well as database performance analyses and their optimization Confident handling of database management systems, preferably DB2 and the associated database languages and tools Knowledge of the structures in TWS / OPC for setting up automated batch processes Practical experience in IT project management, e.g. process risk analysis, requirements management, business client communication Analytical and strategic thinking as well as a solution-oriented approach Good English language skills, knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
