We’re looking for a talented and driven Social Media Specialist (Contractor) to help us elevate our social media strategy, strengthen our connection with users, and bring our editorial vision to life across digital platforms.

This is a part-time role, with a maximum of 16 hours per week, and is ideal for a freelancer.

The person must be able to overlap with US working hours at least 60% of their time (e.g., of the 4 hours worked per day, a minimum of 3 should be from 1 p.m. CEST onwards).

Your Responsibilities

Partner closely with the editorial and newsletter strategy teams to translate our message into compelling social media content across multiple channels. Understand our brand voice and how users interact with us on social media—with a direct impact on traffic, engagement, and revenue. Monitor the market, translate trends into meaningful and relevant content. Drive and test new ideas, whilst not being afraid of failing fast, and iterate with agility. Use AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and drive smarter, faster outcomes through automation and innovation. Engage authentically with our followers.

Qualifications

You bring at least 3 years of experience in planning and executing social media strategies. You’re comfortable owning the end-to-end process—from strategy to execution to analytics—and thrive with autonomy. A contractor, fully remote and part-time position, is suitable for you You're tech-savvy, AI-empowered, and always exploring smarter ways to work.
