As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing content strategies across all major social media platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to increase engagement and drive brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and brand voice
Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and manage customer interactions
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations
Monitor social media trends, tools, and platform updates to stay ahead of industry best practices
Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to execute campaigns
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking (optional based on experience)
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience working with clients or agencies
Familiarity with influencer outreach and brand collaborations
Understanding of SEO and how it integrates with social strategy
