As Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding Quantum-Systems’


digital presence. As a part of the Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for creating high-impact


social media strategies and campaigns that engage our audiences, strengthen our brand visibility,


and support our go-to-market initiatives. Working closely with Sales, and Product teams, you’ll


translate complex technology into compelling stories that inspire our community, partners, and


customers worldwide.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

Develop, implement, and track Go-to-Market and Social Media strategies in the B2B sector Plan, create, and publish target group-oriented content (photo, video, and new content formats) together with our creative team Manage, analyze, and continuously optimize our social media channels and editorial calendar Expand and strengthen our social media presence across existing and new platforms Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers to increase reach and credibility Identify market trends and derive actionable insights and creative recommendations Measure campaign performance and evaluate success through KPIs and analytics Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management to align messaging and campaigns Support events, trade shows, and live coverage Maintain and organize our media pool and content assets Establish clear performance metrics and continuously optimize processes for scalability and impact.

What you bring to the team:

A completed degree or training in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of professional experience in marketing or a similar role Strong affinity for modern digital marketing tools and platforms Experience in community management, posting schedules, and performance tracking Excellent communication and storytelling abilities A structured, analytical, and creative mindset Proactive, hands-on attitude with a team-first mentality Fluent in English; German is a plus. Skills in content creation tools is a plus
