Role Summary:
The Recruiting Content Creator will develop creative, engaging, and strategic content to attract top talent to DHL Global Forwarding. This role will focus on showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities across various platforms, helping to position DHL as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Develop stories that highlight DHL’s company culture, career growth opportunities, diversity, and employee experiences that are suitable for different platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or the intranet.
Collaborate with the Global HR team, Local HR community and European communications team to align content with overall business and campaign goals.
Stay informed on emerging trends in social media and content marketing to keep our online presence fresh and relevant.
Work with employees across departments to gather authentic stories and testimonials.
Multimedia Development:
Collect, create, and edit videos, graphics, and photos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
Ensure all multimedia content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build a positive online community.
Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future content and strategies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree concluded or currently studying in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics.
