Overview

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Cybersecurity Engineer / Analyst to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Essential Job Duties

Plan, direct, and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of enterprise cybersecurity measures. Develop and maintain strategies to meet DoD cybersecurity and RMF compliance standards. Lead cybersecurity incident response efforts. Architect enterprise logging solutions. Oversee the evaluation of new security technologies and the management of policy exceptions. Provide expert guidance on all aspects of enterprise cybersecurity.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience. An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI. DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 461 Certs: CCE, CISSO, CISSP, CySA+, FITSP-O, GCLD, GCSA, GSNA, or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings. Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools. Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects. Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

Work Environment

Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
