What you´ll do

Development of growth strategies for the adhesives categories and the Henkel brands Collaborate with Marketing Heads, marketing teams for planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in-store activities Collaborate with product managers and marketing team to implement sales promotions and product communication Develop trade programs in line with sales strategy Coordinate and monitor the execution of related sales activities Collect and analyze necessary information to identify opportunities Ensure that the desired product benefits and brand values / equity are properly communicated

What makes you a good fit

Successfully completed Master's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field +2 years of relevant working experience in marketing or trade marketing Passionate team player with a strong sense of project responsibility and shopper needs Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills Excellent German and English language skills
