Oversee stock ordering and ensure timely replenishment of goods
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations
Maintain and regularly update the supplier list, including bulk-order tracking
Organize and optimize storage space for efficiency and accessibility
Update manuals for all suppliers and implement it cross all shops
Lead pastry supplier communications A to Z under guidance : seek for potential better suppliers, organise tasting session & couriers & make sure shop lead and the team is aware of the new menu by giving them an allergy list and ingredients. Extra information about the bakery.
Make a system for pastry ordering
Maintenance & Facility Oversight
Conduct regular shop tours to assess maintenance needs and facility condition
Coordinate repair work with external partners when needed
Monitor repair progress and provide updates to management
Maintain and update maintenance logs and documentation
Make a manual for all parts at each shop; aka master chart.
Menu & Product Development
Research new products
Report findings and suggestions to management
Lead A–Z implementation of new items (under guidance)

Dein Profil
Du bist organisiert und lösungsorientiert.
Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in Logistik, Einzelhandel oder Facility Management.
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. C1-Niveau).
Du bist hands-on und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich.
