Overview:

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) SharePoint Administrator / Developer to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and direction of the SharePoint platform, ensuring it meets end-user requirements. Oversee the maintenance and update of KM artifacts within SharePoint. Direct the administration and maintenance of SharePoint applications and web-based applications. Architect the integration and configuration of .NET applications and SharePoint with SQL Server. Guide KM governance and policy development. Direct the development of technical solutions that enhance information sharing and business processes within SharePoint. Serve as a lead site collection administrator and content manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience. An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI. DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 621 Certs: CISSP or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings. Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools. Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects. Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

Working Conditions:
Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in deployed locations. Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 – 1700. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. * It is anticipated that contractor personnel will be required to travel on Temporary Duty (TDY) to various CONUS and OCONUS locations based on USAREUR-AF and Mission Partner requirements.
