- Multimediale (telefonische und schriftliche) Kundenbetreuung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Fehleranalyse und ?behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Netzwerk-Administration und Überwachung installierter Systeme
- Sicherstellung der Service-Level-Agreements
- Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software über Fernzugriff
- Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
- Mitwirken im Rahmen von Outbound-Sales-Kampagnen
