Job Description

Service & Barista (Part-time)

- 3 - 5 days per week (24 - 40 hours)
- Shifts Usually 3 days per week: Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday 8:30 - 16:30 ( with more hours to fill in sick days and holidays)
- cafe Hours: Wednesdays - Sundays, 8:30 - 16:30 (CLOSED: Mondays & Tuesdays)

SERVICEKRAFT (Server ) :

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous server / customer service experience

- German & English required

- A good attitude and a passion for making guests feel welcome

- Your main goal is to ensure every guest feels warmly welcomed from the moment they arrive until they leave- Hard working, takes initiative, team player- Some experience is preferred.

- Some duties include: Greet customers, give out menus and take food and drink orders. answer questions about the menu, serve food and drinks, handle payments, cash/order system, clean tables/light cleaning/tidying up, restocking, handle any complaints and make sure customers are happy. etc.

BARISTA :

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience Required: Previous barista experience is essential. You should be confident with all aspects of preparing high-quality coffee drinks and beverages (use of Espresso Machine, coffee grinder, latte art, deep clean machine and grinders, etc.)

- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English

- Great Attitude: Bring a smile, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day
- Skills: Hard working, takes initiative, team player, reliable, willing to learn, trustworthy/honest, flexible, good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft delicious coffee and beverages to our high-quality standards

- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanour

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with HACCP health and safety standards

- Assist with daily operations, including stocking supplies and engaging with customers

When are you available to work during these day/times? Wednesday - Sunday, from 8:30 - 16:30 ? Do you currently live in Hamburg, Germany? and have a valid work visa ? (We do NOT support or give out work visas) The job will be starting in the beginning of January 2026. Are you able to start then? Barista - Are you confident with Latte art, coffee drinks, other drinks (matcha, chai latte, hot chocolate, etc.) , cleaning procedure for espresso machine and grinders, etc?
