Our Aeronautics Division is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of special machine tools for the production of aerospace components, as well as tooling systems and assembly lines for these machines. Our range of products covers the entire production process, from the manufacturing of individual components to the assembly of the final product.

Role



You will also collaborate closely with the Aftersales and Service teams to respond to customer incidents, coordinate service interventions and contribute to the preparation and execution of Aftersales offers. Additionally, you will support new machine installations and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

· To provide adequate and on-time technical support to the customer during corrective and preventive maintenance tasks (PLC/CNC Diagnosis, corrections, modifications and Mechanical/Electrical tasks when needed)

· Execute machine and tooling modifications to ensure optimal functionality.

· Support machine startup, calibration and customer acceptance processes.

· Document technical issues and solutions, ensuring timely reporting and communication.

· Coordinate warranty claims with headquarters and manage customer requests.

· Identify service improvements and contribute to team efficiency.

· Assist in training activities for aftersales technicians.

· Comply with company policies and meet performance expectations established by the supervisor

Profile Requirements



· At least two years of experience in an industrial environment with PLC / CNC Machines.

· Vocational training or engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications or Automation Engineering)

· Knowledge and/or work experience directly related to the troubleshooting, repair and programming of PLCs (Siemens, Omron, FANUC), CNC machines (Siemens, FANUC) and other automation equipment (drivers, sensors, pneumatic and hydraulic components) will be positively valued.

· Fluent German is essential for effective communication, both spoken and written.

· Intermediate to advanced English skills are required to communicate clearly and professionally in the workplace.

· Willingness for travelling: Travel is required on occasion to perform corrective or preventive maintenance at other client locations, primarily within the German and broader central/Northern European markets Occasional travel may be required to visit other clients within the German and broader Central/Northern European territories.

Pay: From 40.000,00€ per year
