Job Description
Key Responsibilities
? Travel globally to install, commission & service RFID solutions
? Act as first point of contact for customers; capture requirements & propose initial solutions
? Perform fault analysis, troubleshooting & corrective actions on-site
? Provide technical consulting and training to customers
? Coordinate between customers and internal HW/SW development teams
? Document service activities and feed insights back to product teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves:
? Completed apprenticeship (Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik o. ä.) or Meister
? 2–3 yrs field service / commissioning experience
? English & German at least B2
? Driving licence; willingness to travel 10–20 % worldwide
? Strong communication, team spirit, creativity, self-initiative
Experience & Education
? Experience: Minimum 2–3 yrs (ideal 5–10 yrs) in service/commissioning
? Education: Apprenticeship or Meister in Electrotechnics / Mechatronics (university degree not required)
? Specific Tools/Technologies: RFID systems (nice), general electrical/electronic diagnostic tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 48.000,00€ - 65.000,00€ per year
