As the Service Field Productivity Lead, you will significantly enhance the efficiency of our maintenance, repair, and modernization operations. Your key responsibilities include:
Productivity Monitoring & Improvement
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving field efficiency.
Develop and implement action plans for underperforming countries/entities.
Promote digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Train and mentor field service supervisors on productivity best practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between service field operations in various countries and EA service field operations.
Collaborate with local entities to set targets for essential service metrics.
Provide technical support to local entities as needed.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
Educational Background
A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Proven experience in field service operations, focusing on productivity improvement and team leadership.
Familiarity with maintenance practices, particularly in the elevator industry, is highly advantageous.

Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to train and motivate teams.
