Sensory & Consumer Insights Manager for Savory
, you’ll be the voice of the consumer and the sensory expert, translating data into meaningful stories that guide product development and elevate customer partnerships. Your insights will directly influence
innovation, customer engagement, and strategic growth across the Savory category
.
Lead the Sensory & Consumer Insights (SCI) strategy for the
Savory category,
driving the annual growth agenda with consumer-centric insights.
Deliver actionable, compelling insights to both internal teams and key customers, shaping decisions with data-driven clarity.
Champion innovation by embedding consumer relevance into every stage of product development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sensory experts, panels, and R&D to design and execute impactful sensory tests.
Engage with global and international customers, bringing insights to life in strategic discussions and co-creation sessions.
Manage EAME (Europe, Africa, Middle East) SCI resources, aligning activities with regional priorities and ensuring optimal resource planning.
Oversee resource planning and activities in alignment with the EAME strategy
About You
5+ years of experience
in
sensory and consumer research
, ideally within food or flavor industries.
Proven
ability to lead projects end-to-end
, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – you make data resonate.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.
Experience in
team leadership or mentoring.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a bonus.
