We are hiring a Senior Visual Designer to own airhelp.com, our main acquisition channel, including our home page, landing pages and site architecture. You’ll design and optimize the website and landing pages with a focus on our customers using research, data, and experimentation to make strategic decisions - not just making things look great.
The role is about turning user insights and data into beautifully crafted experiences and using experimentation to drive improvements, click-throughs, and funnels. With your consumer facing design expertise and experience running high-traffic experiments, you’ll make our website a powerful engine for growth and have a direct impact on millions of people. This role is critical for driving our company’s growth by making our websites a powerful engine for new user acquisition.
As the Senior Visual Designer, you’ll directly impact our ability to convert millions of website visitors into happy travelers, playing a key role in achieving our core business objectives. Your work will have a measurable and direct impact on the company’s success.

Reporting to:
Director of Brand & Experience Design
What you’ll drive:
Own the visual design of airhelp.com including homepage, landing pages and product page
Design and optimise marketing campaigns and experiments with focus on CRO and A/B testing
Create SEO friendly pages with attention to Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML and structured data
Build and maintain UI kits and design guidelines for consistency across brand and product
Adapt designs for localisation and international markets
Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver measurable results
Website Revamp: Lead the redesign of all pages to improve consistency, performance, and conversion rates across all key pages.
Continuous Optimisation: Drive and design experimentation on our most critical pages, including the homepage, product pages, and landing pages.
New Pricing Plans: Design and launch new pricing and product packaging plans.
What sets you apart:
5+ years of product or visual design experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role focused on
web acquisition, UX optimisation, and CRO
.
Strong skills in
visual design, branding, and marketing-driven design
.
Proven track record in
conversion rate optimisation
, with a portfolio that shows measurable business impact.
Hands-on experience with
A/B testing
and solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to guide design decisions.
Ability to
work closely with marketing teams
, turning branding campaigns into high-performing digital experiences while keeping a consistent brand voice.
Experience designing
SEO-optimised pages
, with working knowledge of
semantic HTML, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and AI SEO principles
.
Practical experience adapting designs for
localisation and international markets
, including cultural and SEO considerations.
Mastery of
Figma
and familiarity with other modern design and optimisation tools.
Fluency in English
(business level).
