Your profile
Degree in
Business Administration, Economics, Finance
, or a related field
2-4 years of experience
in business development, strategy, or consulting.
Experience from management consulting is highly valued
Proven track record in account management, sales or business growth roles
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with a strategic and entrepreneurial approach
Fluent in
English and German
; additional European languages (e.g. Spanish, French) are a plus
Confident use of
Excel and PowerPoint
Hands-on attitude, high sense of ownership, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
