We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to take full ownership of our design function.



This role is not just about creating beautiful interfaces—it’s about building and scaling a systematic design foundation that enables Bloom to grow fast, consistently, and with a strong product identity.



Aufgaben



Develop low-fidelity UX-wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Create and refine user-friendly high-fidelity visual UI designs in Figma, ensuring a smooth hand-off to engineering Conduct product discovery and qualitative research in close collaboration with product, engineering, and other business stakeholders to understand our users, their needs, and pain points. Create prototypes for user testing and Sales demos. Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards (including Figma design systems) based on existing definitions. Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Support marketing efforts with the creation of visual content and campaign materials. Provide guidance to external design resources, ensuring a consistent brand and visual identity. Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Qualifikation



While relevant experience matters more than your degree, formal education in interaction, interface, or information design is a plus. At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product company. Strong knowledge of wireframing, UX principles, and usability testing. Extensive experience in creating both desktop and mobile user experience and user interface. Hands-on experience with Figma, including best practices for maintaining design systems such as auto layouts. Proficient in conducting qualitative research and product discovery. Experience working in cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product) in an agile environment. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and an engaging, enthusiastic demeanor as well as the ability to prioritize effectively. Previous experience in an (early stage) startup environment is a advantage. Fluent in English (C1 level), German proficiency is beneficial.
