Job Description

Job Description
Team: Business Development
Job Location: Munich, Germany
Position Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Flexibility: Hybrid, Onsite

We are looking for a (Senior) Transformation Manager to join our Transformation Office in Munich. You will support the identification, planning, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational initiatives that help us work smarter, scale faster, and deliver measurable impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, and Tech, you will analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the execution of key transformation projects. This position is ideal for someone with a consulting or strategy background who wants to shift from analysis to hands-on impact in a fast-paced digital business. This is a hybrid working role with regular presence required at the Munich office.

Your Responsibilities

Support the development, execution, and governance of company-wide transformation initiatives in close collaboration with the Transformation Office. Conduct business and financial analyses to evaluate opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, operational improvement, and cash-conversion enhancement. Develop business cases, performance-tracking tools, and clear project documentation including milestones and KPI reporting. Partner with Finance and functional leaders to align strategic and financial objectives. Drive strategic finance projects such as IPO or trade-sale preparation, including equity-story development, commercial and financial due diligence, investor-presentation creation, and capital-market process support. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation, ideally with exposure to operational and financial topics (e.g., VDDs, performance-improvement projects, cost-efficiency initiatives, and/or transaction services). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics. Strong commercial judgment based on data-driven analysis, paired with a solid understanding of financial performance metrics and operational drivers. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on, solution-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to synthesize and present insights clearly.
