What you´ll do



Steer the new technology Engineered Infrastructure Systems at global scale Develop the technology strategically, addressing requirements along sustainability, innovation, supply and manufacturing footprint Define a synchronized technology roadmap with long-term focus in close cooperation with your network by translating business needs into Operations & Supply Chain, Innovation, and Purchasing priorities Elaborate, coordinate & drive execution of actionable key strategic initiatives with your stakeholders while fostering exchange and collaboration across the functions Experience the unique opportunity to create real impact in a newly established technology, gain insights into multiple functions, and take the next step in your personal development

What makes you a good fit



Master’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification in Chemistry, Engineering or related field Minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience in chemical / technical fields with strong business understanding and affinity for sustainability trends Proactive and self-motivated personality with strategic way of thinking and proven capability to drive transformational initiatives on a global scale in multi-disciplinary teams Excellent analytical skills paired with a demonstrated ability to manage matters of high complexity, by linking various information and deriving conclusions Proficiency in digital tools and strong communication & presentation skills, preferably with experience in top management interaction Fluent English language skills are mandatory
