We are looking for a

Senior Technical Expert Agronomy (m/f/d)

working 39h/week to start immediately.

What you will do:

Support the development and continuous improvement of a portfolio of farm assurance products Professional knowledge development through research, industry engagement and targeted training Take part in external representation and cross-functional technical collaboration to support stakeholder engagement, knowledge transfer and capacity building Function in a team that provides technical leadership and engages with external stakeholders through knowledge transfer, advisory support, and participation in industry platforms

What we are looking for:

Degree in the field of Agricultural Science, or equivalent 5-7 years of experience in a similar role Solid knowledge of Agricultural Production Practices, including plant physiology, nutrition, soil management, or relevant agronomic principles Experience in multi-stakeholder projects, desirable across different cropping systems and countries Technical knowledge or regenerative agriculture is an advantage. Proficiency in English (C1 level)
