Aufgaben Taking over accountability for selected accounting processes under local German gap (HGB) especially with reference to tax related topics. Being liaison and representative of AllianzGI and the Accounting & Financial Management function with external stakeholders (vendors like tax advisors and external auditors) and internal stakeholders (Compliance & Legal, Group tax department and other Investors entities) Supervising the accurate offshore preparation of monthly HGB & IFRS financial statements and tax compliance centrally for all company codes and branches, including group reporting in SAP Preparing additional reporting information/uploading files (Country-by-Country Reporting, Financial Reporting Questionnaires, Tax reporting) for all company codes and branches Perform validation and control of transactional operational related processes to ensure financial, regulatory and tax accuracy and adherence to the outsourced / offshore control framework including Balance Sheet substantiation, trend analysis and open/aged items (AP, AR, Treasury, G/L accounts) reconciliation Providing support to the successful roll-out of global and regional change initiatives/ projects, driving the correct delivery of global data collections and harmonization of HGB & IFRS closing & reporting processes Driving further standardization and increasing the levels of outsourcing and automation Profil Degree in Accounting (Masters or Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and operational accounting experience (HGB and experience in tax matters in an international environment Profound knowledge of accounting software (SAP and BI) and excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills self-motivated, independent, and positive teammate, stress resilient and dedication to quality assured work Sufficient gravitas to represent Finance towards internal and external parties with ability to address problems and implement solutions, ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously with priority setting Ability to understand and communicate big picture views, how tasks are connected and dive into detail meticulously Sensitivity to culture norms and differences and a proactive teammate Experience with offshore / outsourced environments and the ability to work with and lead a different cross-cultural and functional teams would be essential Wir bieten Flexible working from home and abroad according to internal guidelines (hybrid model/ flexible working hours/cross-border remote work) Access to pension/ savings plans/ private insurance products Family support (relocation/ childcare facilities) Company share purchasing plan Mental health and wellbeing programs Mobility solutions Career opportunities within the entire Group Learning & development Kontakt Artem Maier nexpera GmbH Torhaus Westhafen | Speicherstra\xc3\x9fe 57-59 60327 Frankfurt am Main Telefon: +49 (0) 69 970 865 66 51 Mobil: +49 160 93154555 Mail: maier@nexpera.de www.nexpera.de\n \n \n \n \n \n
