Your mission



Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles. Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles through LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, and other relevant channels. Build and maintain diverse pipelines for current and upcoming roles across different teams. Screen incoming applications and conduct initial technical assessments to identify strong candidates. Keep candidate records and communication up to date in the ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates. Coordinate with hiring teams to keep the interview process moving smoothly. Share updates, candidate feedback, and market insights with hiring managers regularly. Suggest ways to improve sourcing and screening processes to make hiring more efficient. Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions and support employer branding where needed.

Your profile



Educational Background





Advanced degree in a technical, scientific, or engineering discipline combined with experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Professional Experience



Hiring experience for specialised technical/scientific roles and proven track record of filled positions. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities. Strong network in relevant technical/scientific communities.

Technical Skills



Ability to assess technical candidate suitability through targeted evaluation. Skilled in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards), and maintaining clean, structured pipelines. Ability to interpret hiring metrics and data, and use insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Soft Skills



Clear and credible communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management. Analytical, adaptable, and highly organized in managing multiple searches.
