Welcome in our Team Attract & Recruit RWE Offshore Wind. Join us and act as a consultant on an equal level with candidates and departments. Ensuring a positive Candidate and Hiring Manager Journey end-to-end will be your mission. Additionally we are constantly searching for the best answers to questions like: How does the ideal recruiting process look like? How do we want to advertise our vacancies? How can we ensure ideal cooperation with our business? Where can we optimize touch points with candidates and which new technologies should we try out?

Your future plans

  • You are responsible for the whole end-to-end recruiting process for different business areas and experience levels. Your Hiring Managers value the close collaboration and your consultancy

    \n
  • In your role, you bring our Inhouse Recruiting approach to life. Depending on the specific case, this could lead to Active Sourcing activities

    \n
  • If needed, you assign recruiting agencies and coordinate the corresponding process

    \n
  • Identifying trends as well as technologies in order to ensure a positive Candidate Journey is also part of your various tasks

    \n
  • Talent Pooling plays an important role, especially for the future. Therefore, you develop local sourcing and talent pipelines as well as initiatives to build diverse talent pools

  • Besides that, you have the chance to support different projects in the HR context

    \n
\n

Your profile

\n
  • \n
  • You have a degree in business administration, social economics, psychology or comparable - with a personnel-related focus such as human resources management or organizational psychology

    \n
  • Furthermore, you score points with several years of relevant professional experience in the field of talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment

    \n
  • You convince us with your broad understanding of modern selection methods and techniques. Thanks to your past role(s) you are familiar with recruiting strategies and relevant KPIs as well

    \n
  • Your mindset can be described as service- and solution-oriented. We can count on your consulting skills as well as your ability to build trustful relationships

    \n
  • Moreover, you enjoy using your business fluent German and English skills in daily business - both written and spoken

    \n
  • Experiences in the renewable business and with committees like the workers council are a welcome plus

    \n
