We are looking for a research and engineering enthusiast who explores a new realm of semiconductor device reliability.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Evaluation and qualification of the

reliability of CMOS and power semiconductor devices

as well as

passive semiconductor devices

Characterization of

semiconductor reliability

using different

electrical measurement

methods

at

cryogenic conditions

Gain an understanding of

degradation mechanisms

down to 4.2 K and model its behavior Design and layout of

silicon test structures

Technical interface

to internal development groups and

project management

Cross-site and cross-functional

teamwork

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

A technical degree in the fields of

physics

,

microelectronics

,

electrical engineering

or similar

1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience

in the

field of semiconductors

Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

, and experience in

electrical measurement techniques

Deep knowledge of

semiconductor device physics

and ideally

integrated circuit technology

Familiarity with

programming languages

like

LabView

and

Python

Some experience with

low-temperature measurements

and

cryostats

Knowledge and experience in

project management

as a plus Appreciation of

open communication

and the

contribution of an international environment

Very good language skills in

English

and are

proficient in German
