Join us as a Sustaining Specialist for IP Delivery in Chip Design and take end-to-end ownership of delivering high-quality IP designs to downstream product programs. You will coordinate complex releases across international teams, balance functionality, time, budget and quality to keep commitments on track. Job Description



In your new role you will:


Own IP release work packages

, define scope, acceptance criteria and schedules to deliver on time

Align IP content and delivery dates with business-line project managers

, coordinate milestone sign-offs and integrated project plans

Orchestrate cross-team deliveries

, manage dependencies and handoffs across design, verification, integration, and test

Ensure release readiness and strong configuration management

Consolidate effort estimates with IP teams, translate needs into budgets and track actuals versus plan

Monitor delivery KPIs

; record planned/unplanned deliveries and analyze deviation causes

Communicate status, risks, and decisions

; maintain risk/issue/dependency registers and escalate blockers in time

Lead post-silicon sustaining

, triage field issues, drive corrective actions and manage errata rollout




Your Profile



You are “the engine” behind reliable IP deliveries, skilled at mobilizing cross-functional teams, cutting through complexity, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Your technical understanding and structured approach help you anticipate risks, guide decisions, and earn trust across engineering and product organizations.




You are best equipped for this task if you have:


A degree in

electrical engineering, computer engineering/science, physics

, or a related field Solid experience in

chip design IP delivery or SoC integration

, including release and configuration management Basic

understanding across development phases

(IP design, verification, physical implementation, DFT, integration, validation/test) Good

project management skills:

planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication Very good

communication, negotiation, and documentation skills

; confident driving reviews and decisions with business-line project managers Ability to

work effectively across sites and time zones
