What you'll do

Define and design software and IT architectures based on the OutSystems low-code platform, ensuring scalability, security, modularity, reusability, and maintainability. Develop architecture concepts and establish technical standards and design principles (e.g., modular architecture, SOLID principles, service orientation). Ensure architectural compliance throughout the development lifecycle by conducting architecture reviews and assessments. Provide technical guidance to development teams and support knowledge transfer regarding architectural patterns and OutSystems capabilities. Coordinate with business analysts, project managers, and security experts to ensure end-to-end solution quality.

Who you are

At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years with OutSystems Proven track record of designing complex enterprise applications and systems with OutSystems Familiarity with integration architectures, security-by-design principles, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) Experience in agile and/or hybrid project environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Language: German at native or C2 level (CEFR) is mandatory. Certifications such as OutSystems Tech Lead, OutSystems Architecture Specialist are highly recommended. Experience in CI/CD automation, DevSecOps, or cloud-native deployment can significantly enhance long-term success in public sector contexts. Prior involvement in tender-based or government-driven digitalization projects is a plus
