The Identity / Entra ID team at Siemens is looking for a Senior Identity Architect to join our globally distributed team. You’ll make an impact by

Participating in interesting and challenging projects such as implementing new IT services relevant to Siemens employees and customers worldwide. Serving as a trusted consultant for internal customers regarding inquiries or requirements related to Entra ID, including Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Entra Connect, MFA, Application Proxy, SAML/OIDC application integration, or Identity Governance. Providing occasional support to colleagues in troubleshooting complex Entra ID cases and document solutions appropriately. Designing, implementing and rolling out new features and services of Entra ID / Microsoft 365. Analyzing technical issues involving multiple areas related to identity, such as network, client, or applications and clearly communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders . Coordinating with our internal and external experts to ensure IT compliance (e.g., Penetration Testing, Export Control or Data privacy). Optionally attending conferences or participating in discussions directly with Microsoft in Seattle.

You excel in

University degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field would be preferred 3+ years of hands-on experience, ideally with enterprise identity solutions like Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity or similar Willingness to learn and strive for the best possible solutions, balancing security, usability and reliability Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Strong verbal and written communication skills in German would be preferred Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability Ability to collaborate in globally distributed, virtual teams Interest in emerging IT technologies
