Senior Software Developer

What you’ll be doing

Develop a range of award-winning solutions for our digital learning platform. Analyse business requirements, design technical solutions based on multiple technologies, implement, and test them. Take part to all development phases and continuously improve our processes/technologies. Adapt to complex projects, build know-how, share it, and coach your colleagues.

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in development, preferably in an agile environment. You show seniority and bring expert knowledge with you. Knowledge of Java Spring Boot, Java EE and Web applications using J2EE (servlets, JSP). Experience of continuous integration (Jenkins, Ant/Gradle), deployment architecture and micro-services architecture. Experience with Web/application servers and databases: Oracle/MS SQL/PostgreSQL. Expert knowledge of OOP, design patterns and ability to produce high-quality code. Knowledge with testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium). Understanding of front-end technologies is a big plus: React, TypeScript. Scrum mastering experience would be beneficial. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German would be a big plus
