This role will oversee multiple social channels, taking charge of planning, execution, and performance across various European markets.

Senior Social Media Manager

(m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

Demonstrate project management skills with a strong affinity for data and reporting to measure and optimize campaign success. Plan and execute monthly social media editorial calendars, maintaining ownership of channel content and ensuring brand alignment. Manage multiple social media channels across European markets, showcasing expertise in local trends, audience insights, and market nuances. Own content performance by developing innovative engagement strategies tailored to each platform. Collaborate with teams across content creation, strategy, and paid media to ensure campaigns meet KPIs. Collaborating with on-site teams during live events to manage real-time social media content. Identify and integrate new trends into social media strategies to maintain platform relevance as well as create engaged and active communities with channel relevant strategies and tactics. Lead social media performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Your Profile:

Be a team player, reliable with a forward-thinking, can-do attitude. Bring at least

4-5 years

of digital agency experience. Business fluent language skills in

English

and

German

. Have proven experience in account management within an advertising agency, demonstrating the ability to manage client expectations and deliver successful campaigns. Have a proven track record managing multi-market campaigns and day-to-day channel management while ensuring alignment across diverse European audiences. Possess a deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, from strategy to community engagement to reporting. Exhibit advanced skills in digital communications and have experience to drive engagement. Be highly skilled in PowerPoint design and other Microsoft tools for reporting and presenting strategies. Be open to business travel.
