Responsibilities

Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence and empower our clients to work smarter, faster, and better Push the boundaries of what’s possible with ServiceNow, leveraging the latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results Guide talented engineers and developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. Manage practice consultancy artefacts in the Knowledge Base Collaborate with ServiceNow, other partners, and our clients to understand their needs and translate them into powerful, scalable ServiceNow architectures Architect and design products and solutions using the ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP Set the standard for ServiceNow development, integration, and governance, ensuring quality, security, and performance at every step. Design for AI and drive the AI agenda in ServiceNow projects Support marketing activities (campaigns, events). Organize ServiceNow Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps/‘SNUGs’ to share knowledge and achievements
