To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Senior Scientist (m/w/d) for our Research & Development (R&D) laboratory.



Aufgaben



Planning, execution, and evaluation of analytical projects in QC and R&D Development and validation of analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, NMR) Technical support and guidance for the laboratory team Evaluation and interpretation of analytical data; preparation of reports and SOPs Interface function between production, quality assurance, and external partners Support in regulatory matters (e.g., GMP, ICH, FDA) Participation in international development projects

Qualifikation



Degree in natural sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry), ideally with a PhD Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry, particularly in R&D In-depth knowledge of instrumental analytics and method development Confident in regulatory requirements (GMP, ICH) Analytical thinking, structured work style, team spirit, and strong communication skills Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes, with a focus on complex molecule synthesis and/or purification. A solid understanding of reaction mechanisms, analytical methods, and scale-up from laboratory to pilot/production is highly desirable.
