As part of our continued growth in Europe, we are expanding our delivery team in Germany and are looking for an experienced

Senior Salesforce Consultant

to support our clients in the region.

The Germany Team

Our Germany team is based in Stuttgart and currently consists of five consultants. The team works closely with colleagues across Europe and with global delivery hubs to deliver Salesforce solutions for Manufacturing and Distribution clients.

The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimisation of Salesforce solutions for clients in Germany and across Europe. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

This role combines solution design, hands-on configuration, and client communication, and is suited to someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects and working in a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to gather and document business requirements Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities Configure and customise Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Lead solution design discussions and workshops with client stakeholders Support system enhancements, change management, and ongoing improvements Participate in discovery workshops and contribute to overall solution architecture Support project delivery activities in collaboration with project managers Deliver or support user training and system roll-outs Provide guidance and technical support to junior consultants and developers Stay informed about Salesforce product updates and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience in

Salesforce

and/or

SAP SD / SAP CRM

consulting and implementation Strong understanding of: Salesforce architecture, design, and best practices

or

Sales & Distribution processes (e.g. order-to-cash, lead-to-cash, sales agreements) Proven experience in configuring, customising, and integrating enterprise systems Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

Language & Working Model

Professional proficiency in

German and English

Hybrid working model (office and remote) Comfortable working with international delivery teams, including colleagues in Southeast Asia

Pay: 70.000,00€ - 90.000,00€ per year
