You manage and support the Southern Germany, Switzerland, and Austria region. B2B sales of our bait-specific products Extensive sales experience Revenue growth with existing B2B clients New customer acquisition through leads and cold calling Enthusiasm and persuasive skills Goal-oriented and results-driven Successful order processing in collaboration with the back office Systematic customer data management Market and competitive analysis

Qualifications:



Your place of residence is located in this region. You are willing to travel four to five days per week during peak periods. You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in sales, specifically in existing customer management and new customer acquisition You have a strong sales talent and passion for fishing Your strength lies in providing personalized consulting and acquiring new business clients You are characterized by excellent communication skills, assertiveness, enthusiasm, and the ability to persuade As a Sales Manager, you work independently and on equal terms with the executive management
