Your Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruiting responsibility – from A for Analysis to Z for Zooming in on the right candidate Sparring partner for hiring managers on recruiting strategies Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the process Close collaboration within the team across recruiting, sourcing, people marketing, and strategic talent acquisition Regular coordination with People Business Partners, contract management, and the works council If needed: active sourcing and strategic talent pool management

Your Qualifications

Completed university degree and at least initial relevant professional experience Confident handling of candidates from junior to senior levels Initial exposure to project management Structured and independent working style with the ability to set priorities Strong communication skills – across all levels of hierarchy Team spirit and willingness to achieve goals together Expert-level German language skills and very good command of English Knowledge of active sourcing is a plus
