As a

Senior QA Engineer (m/f/d)

, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of enterprise-level projects by designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated tests. You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients, contributing to reliable delivery and continuous improvement of our testing processes.

On top of exciting projects with global enterprise clients, there is an excellent opportunity for you to expand your technical and leadership skills while working alongside experienced engineers and QA specialists.

Your responsibilities

Test Strategy & PlanningDefine acceptance criteria and participate in early project stages, including requirement gathering, technical solution design, planning, and estimation. Create and execute a comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts using both manual and automated approaches.

Test Automation & Maintenance

Build, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks while monitoring existing test suites. Integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and perform thorough PR reviews.

Quality Leadership & Communication

Mentor QA team members and proactively improve testing processes and standards. Provide detailed test reports and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and share results.

Must-haves

Technical Expertise5+ years of experience in test automation with advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Strong experience with Playwright and creating test automation frameworks from scratch. Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce testing and test automation Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions), and test management tools (Xray or TestRail).

QA FoundationStrong knowledge of QA tools, concepts, and methodologies.

Professional SkillsSelf-motivated, reliable team player with analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach. Independent yet collaborative working style with proactive communication and accountability. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (B1 or higher)

Nice-to-haves

Domain & Tools ExperienceExperience within the payment industry domain. Experience with using JIRA & Confluence. Experience with cross-browser/device testing tools (BrowserStack), API testing(Postman), and Command Line Interfaces. Experience with AI solutions.

Advanced Testing KnowledgeFamiliarity with performance testing, security testing, accessibility standards, and industry frameworks (e.g., OWASP, WCAG) is highly valued. Knowledge of PHP or other programming languages and container orchestration (Docker).

Leadership & Remote WorkExperience mentoring others in QA or test automation. Previous fully remote work experience with strong self-motivation and online communication skills.
