What you´ll do

Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects, within the European region Drive all project phases — from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and project closure, including lessons learned Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secure best-in-class technical solutions Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group to strengthen sustainability knowledge and capabilities

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably in CAPEX investment projects within an industrial environment Strong project management skills, including experience with relevant tools and methodologies High degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and functions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications Fluent English skills
Willingness to travel across Europe up to 30% of the time, depending on project assignments.
