In your new role, you will:

Manage highly complex development projects

for our

UWB microcontroller

portfolio Be

responsible for the project planning, execution and controlling

over the project lifecycle

Lead an interdisciplinary and cross-site project team in a global organization

with different locations and cultural backgrounds Drive a

pro-active risk management, identify possible mitigation options and define appropriate planning scenarios

Handle the project in a fast and market driven environment

with a clear focus on key objectives

Together with your team and co-workers you work towards initiatives to their full implementation and application. You focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both, customer and Infineon, always seeing the big picture. Simultaneously you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation between various stakeholders of diverse professional and cultural background on different hierarchical levels.




You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

Academic degree

in Physics, electrical engineering or similar At least

10 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry

, ideally on microcontroller development At least

8 years professional experience as Project Manager, plus a relevant project management certification

Proven ability to lead highly complex projects

with various subprojects

Exceptional leadership and coordination skills to steer cross functional and cross organizational team

s as well as external partners Very

self-driven with a high degree of communication and presentation skills

Fluent English is must,

German is a plus


We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group K ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills
