To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced

Senior Project Administrator

to join our team in Frankfurt.


In this exciting role, the successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring seamless delivery of projects. This includes managing procurement processes, coordinating travel and mobilisation, maintaining training records, and supporting quality and compliance requirements.


As the

Senior Project Administrator

, your key responsibilities will include:


Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare reports, minutes, and correspondence Facilitate timely and accurate project and financial reporting Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, contract formatting, and document control Prepare purchase orders, subcontract orders, and progress claim certificates in JDE Coordinate project travel, mobilisation/demobilisation, and site requirements Maintain training records and arrange statutory training in line with compliance frameworks Support quality management processes and continuous improvement initiatives Provide general administrative support, including expense processing and client invoicing

You are an experienced Senior Project Administrator with the following qualifications and background:



Certificate in Business / Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 10 years’ project administration experience, ideally in resources or construction High attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with tender and contract documentation Ability to work independently and as part of a team JDE or equivalent ERP experience Experience in construction/resources industry
