Responsibilities

As (Senior) Product Owner (all genders) in our agile scrum team, you'll:

Own and execute

one or more features and modules within TeamViewer Frontline (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/products/frontline), from ideation and discovery through delivery and iteration.

Collaborate across teams

within Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling roadmap with global impact.

Champion the customer

, translating feedback into clear requirements and KPIs, and ensuring the team delivers the most valuable outcomes.

Drive insight-led decisions

, using qualitative and quantitative data such as telemetry and surveys, market trends, and competitive analysis to validate product ideas.

Enable seamless delivery

, ensuring your team understands the purpose, deliverables, and impact while removing blockers.

Balance feasibility and innovation

, partnering with engineers to deliver intuitive, technically sound solutions that delight users and scale efficiently.

Requirements

Experience

: Several years as a Product Owner in software environments, or equivalent experience. Background in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications or authoring software is a plus.

Technical fluency

: Comfortable working with engineering teams and participating in technical conversations. Have a basic understanding of SaaS technologies and concepts, previous coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Agile Development

: Ability to act as a value maximizer. PSPO certification or equivalent is a plus.

Customer-centric mindset

: Strong empathy, ability to synthesize feedback, and translate it into actionable insights and clear priorities.

Analytical skills

: Familiar with data-driven decision-making and confident defining and tracking product KPIs.

Adaptability

: Comfortable working in agile environments where priorities can shift and evolve.

Communication

: Excellent written and verbal English, with experience working in international teams. German is a plus.

Educational background

: Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
