As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) at luca, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of a fast-growing SaaS product in the hospitality space — driving bold vision, owning execution end-to-end, and delivering innovation that truly resonates with users.



Tasks



Your Mission



Set the vision. Own and evolve a product roadmap that inspires and aligns with company strategy.



Drive discovery. Talk to users, spot real problems, and validate the right solutions fast.



Make it actionable. Turn strategy into focused initiatives and prioritize what truly moves the needle.



Ship smart. Define lean MVPs, launch fast, and iterate using real data — not assumptions.



Measure what matters. Set clear KPIs to track success, guide iteration, and prove impact.



Think big, build smart. Evaluate market opportunities and make sharp build-vs-buy decisions.



Lead the launch. Run go-to-market, build sticky onboarding, and close the loop with early adopters.



Be the glue. Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, and CS to deliver seamless execution.



Own the flow. Keep the backlog sharp, prioritized, and aligned with user and business needs.



Requirements



What You Bring to the Table



5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform businesses



Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset



Customer- and data-informed — you use insights to shape smart, impactful product decisions



Exceptional communication skills — you simplify complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and keep everyone moving in the same direction



Cross-functional excellence — you collaborate seamlessly with Tech, Business, and Customer-facing teams



High ownership and curiosity — you're proactive, resourceful, and obsessed with continuous improvement



Experience in hospitality, marketplaces, or scaling early-stage products is a strong plus
