Your mission in a nutshell:

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll:
Lead the evolution of our core mobile experience and turn millions of small user interactions into measurable health outcomes.
This is a role for someone who loves solving real problems. You’ll guide an empowered, cross-functional product squad (Engineering, Design, AI/ML, Data, QA) to build features that people love, use, and return to.

How you will spend your time:
Define and drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Humanoo app
Translate business goals and user behaviours into clear, testable product bets
Partner deeply with Design, Engineering, Data, and AI/ML to deliver continuous value
Shape and improve the user experience through experimentation, research, and evidence
Connect customer insights, behavioural data, and utilisation patterns into product decisions
Create clarity in ambiguity and push through complexity with purpose
Raise the bar for how we build, learn, and iterate as a squad

What you should bring to the table:
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in mobile
Strong track record of delivering meaningful user-facing improvements in cross-functional teams
Experience with user journeys, retention mechanics, and behaviour loops
Comfort working with data like funnel conversions, experiment reads, activation metrics
Discovery craft that turns fuzzy challenges into validated opportunities
Curiosity for AI, personalisation, and nudging behaviour change, or better, hands-on experience
Clear communication and confidence navigating senior stakeholders
Fluent English and German required
