Your mission

Own Application Intelligence at Userlane. You'll shape what we build across App Discovery, HEART Analytics and Portfolio Overview to help enterprises see where software spending delivers value and where it creates waste. You’ll work on opportunities such as:

Scaling application portfolio insight:

Design data models and visualisations that connect engagement, cost and risk data to help executives understand where value is created or lost in their software portfolio.

Expanding our data:

Design and prioritise integrations with external systems to enrich Userlane’s data model with cost, license and user data at scale

Delivering outcome-linked metrics:

Evolve our HEART Analytics to show the connection between application usage, employee experience and business outcomes - becoming the measure of software success

Transforming insights into action:

Define what turns raw usage data into insights that drive action, not just dashboards people look at once

Understanding the impact of AI assistants and agents:

Extend analytics to track and measure how generative AI assistants and agents affect productivity, cost and software ROI within enterprise portfolios#

Your profile

5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products within a modern product organisation You've built products that turn data into decisions (not just reports) You know what good looks like when it comes to data visualisation and have a clear rationale for every data point you include in your solutions You’ve worked with enterprise customers. Bonus points if it’s in healthcare, manufacturing or financial services You figure out what works by talking to customers and watching them use the product You’re capable of explaining things regardless of whether it’s to a software engineer, salesperson, customer support agent or CEO You’re fluent in English (spoken and written)
