We see regulatory requirements in the Food and Supplements sector as an essential legal requirement to ensure the highest quality and safety standards. At the same time, we want to actively

leverage current market trends such as collagen and innovative raw material

with a strong future-oriented focus. Further key objectives are to enhance collaboration with stakeholders such as Quality Management, Legal, and our external partners to work more closely and efficiently, enabling us to bring the best solutions to the market together.#

This is where we need your support:

Operational Product Management

: Active participation in steering, further developing, and maintaining the product portfolio.

Product Development

: Conception of product formulations in accordance with strategic plan and ensuring the timely and development of these in accordance with regulatory requirements

Project Management

: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to ensure efficient processes and on-time results.

Regulatory Topics

: Manage product- and packaging-related regulatory issues, particularly with regard to health claims, legal and quality requirements.

Stakeholder Management

: Build and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments, external partners, and suppliers.

Supplier Management

: Support the selection, management, and development of suppliers to ensure long-term quality and compliance.

Analysis & Market Monitoring

: Continuously observe industry trends, regulatory developments, and innovations to identify opportunities at an early stage.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

: Conduct training sessions on the product portfolio and share expertise with internal teams.

You have the following experience:

Degree in Food Technology or a comparable field

At least

5 years of relevant professional experience

in Food/Supplements or a related sector

Extensive knowledge of product and packaging

regulations for food and supplements and proven expertise in this area Industry knowledge of Food/Supplements and familiarity with Quality Management methods

Strong communication skills

and project management expertise (Asana or comparable tools desirable)

Language skills:

minimum C1 level in both German & English Personal strengths: initiative, flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit
