Your Mission




As a Senior Product Designer, your mission is to help our customers make effective capital decisions. You will be working in a cross-functional team and standing in for design excellence – converting complex topics into a crisp and user-friendly tool.



We are looking for a Product Designer who can take ownership of the design process, collaborate across teams, and transform insights into wireframes, prototypes, and ultimately, high-impact products that meet both user and business needs.

Your Responsibilities



Collaborate with cross-functional product squads, including tech and product management, to convert insights, business requirements, and data into intuitive, user-friendly designs. Develop detailed wireframes and prototypes that facilitate team discussions and align stakeholders on design concepts, ensuring a shared vision. Leverage your passion for data visualization to present complex information in clear, impactful ways that enhance the user experience. Utilize your expertise in Figma to create visually appealing and functional design solutions, iterating based on feedback from stakeholders Build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products, while balancing pragmatism with process. Stay updated with the latest innovations in web technologies, applying cutting-edge solutions to enterprise-level tools. Participate in user research and feedback loops to ensure the designs meet customer needs and rapidly iterate on prototypes to deliver solutions that solve real-world problems.

Your Profile



At least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a background in enterprise-level web applications. Expertise in developing detailed wireframes and prototypes to facilitate team discussions, translating ideas into tangible design concepts. Comfortable communicating design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio that demonstrates design processes and the impact of previous work. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Proven ability to contribute to and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design workflows.
