The Role



We’re looking for a

Senior Product Designer

to join our Patient Experience Tribe. In this exciting role, you’ll play a key role in shaping two of our most important features within the Oviva app: the AI Coach and Learn content.


You’ll work in a product trio with PMs and Engineers, taking full ownership of design challenges from concept to delivery. Using research and data, you’ll craft thoughtful, accessible, and impactful user experiences that help our patients build lasting habits and better health outcomes.



5+ years of

experience designing mobile apps

or digital products.

Strong portfolio

showcasing your ability to

drive user engagement and retention

. Skilled in

UX research methods

such as interviews, shadowing, and usability testing. Confident in

navigating complexity and ambiguity

with a structured approach. Excellent

cross-functional collaboration

and communication skills, especially in product trios. Proficient in

Figma

and common

user research tools

. Speak

English

and

German

communicatively.

BA+

in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Lead the design

of engaging, data-informed user experiences for our AI Coach, in-app content, Learn tab, and community features.

Own and manage the full design process

- from research and concepting to prototyping and final delivery.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research.

Analyse

customer needs, market trends, and competitors to inform design decisions. This includes conducting user interviews and usability testing to ensure design decisions are grounded in real insights.

Champion design excellence

through clear storytelling and presenting the design rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user experience and the business goals. Help

maintain and evolve

our

design system
