Job Summary

In this role, you'll drive the full recruitment cycle: from winning new clients to matching top candidates and managing the entire hiring process to successful placements.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build and expand your own client portfolio in the IT/Tech sector


Provide strategic consulting and staffing solutions to your clients


Actively source and engage candidates across multiple channels


Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from first contact to signed contract


Offer comprehensive support to both clients and external freelancers

What You Bring:

2+ years of 360° recruitment experience, ideally in IT contract staffing


Fluency in German (min. C2) and English (minimum C1 level)


Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills


A proactive mindset, structured work style and a genuine team spirit
