As RaiseNow's Senior Online Marketing Manager (f/d/m), you will continuously optimize our website, analyze and measure our market position, and carry out successful online marketing campaigns. You will have a keen eye for measurable visibility and successful lead generation. In our 4-person marketing team, you will report directly to our Head of Marketing, Inga.

Your mission

You continuously

optimize our RaiseNow website

through tracking, reporting, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvements You plan, manage, and optimize

paid online marketing campaigns

(Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads You bring

SEO and SEA strategies

to life so that our brand is visible and our traffic grows You use

HubSpot

effectively for lead management and reporting You track your most important

KPIs

independently, optimize them, and make data-driven decisions. A

measurable ROI

is particularly important to you You will successfully

relaunch the new website

for our Koalect brand You

Your profile

Proven experience in online marketing, including website optimization, tracking, reporting, and A/B testing In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA and the ability to implement both organic and paid strategies Practical experience with paid online marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) Knowledge of content performance measurement and the ability to increase conversions through optimization Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS; JavaScript is a plus) Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), ideally HubSpot Fluent English (C1) skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

Experience with AI-based user journeys and marketing tools (e.g., for creation, analytics, SEO/SEA, or campaign optimization)
